It's a good thing that Mike Lurie and Paul Warshauer didn't miss their 8th annual reunion in Waupaca in 2003. Had they NOT gone, they would have missed the final hours of the Rec Hall. Sitting just to the left of the Horseshoe, this building overlooked the lakefront and housed the Photography Lab, Nature Center, and Tyrone Guppy Theatre, as well as gaming tables of various tilts. Years of neglect have lead to the demise of this proud building. Camp Young Judaea has decided to remove this building and replace it with a more modern structure.
