By all accounts, the 50th anniversary reunion was the best yet! The weather was absolutely perfect - Skipper and Manny must have pulled some strings for us. Sixty alumni gathered in Waupaca to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first summer at camp in 1951. To help us celebrate, we were fortunate enough to have Joe Rosen and Loretta Kuklin, original owners, in attendance.

Attendance at this reunion was lower than expected. Compounding the situation was CYJ, our hosts, insisting on a minimum dollar amount for our rental (we will NEVER agree to this again!). As a result, we had to ask some of our alumni to provide additional funds to guarantee the reunion would occur. Our thanks to: Mike Chavin, Paul Goldstine, Larry Gordon, Todd Laff, Harlan Rips, Ken Saunders, Paul Steinfeld, and Jon Shulman for saving the reunion!
