Rick Passman wanted to go to the Portage County Fair in Amherst this summer, which we had done once before back in 2015. So when we asked then CYJ Director Robin Anderson if we can stop by at camp, she said "No one will be here, we are between sessions. Come and enjoy!", we jumped at the chance! Usually we follow a pretty strict itinerary, but we almost completely abandoned those plans this year! And it was probably one of the best gatherings we've ever had! Several hours at camp, a restaurant for dinner that we almost never go to thanks to someone (cough, Passman, cough), and staying at a different hotel made this one very special.

Attending this year were: Errol Grisard, Mike Lurie, Warren Metzdorff, Rick Passman, and Paul Warshauer.

Reunion Wrap-Up (Time Capsule) . . .
One of the time-honored traditions of Camp Waupaca, especially in the Trail's End yearbook, was to write a time capsule after each season. In a few short paragraphs, the essence of the season gone by is recaptured in summary fashion. We continue this tradition with each reunion but it's not quite ready for prime-time!
